Excerpt from the price list of the SENG CONSULTING GROUP:

Unless otherwise agreed, all deliveries shall be made by dispatch to the indicated delivery address and only with in the article description specified scope of supply. All dispatch deliveries are free of packing up to 31 kg and will be shipped to the designated countries zone 1 - 5 in according to our shipping costs table and at our equitable discretion with the logistics companies DHL or DPD or UPS or per haulier in according to the article condition, plus possibly optional shipping services selected by the customer. Deliveries to post-office boxes (P.O.B.), packing stations or poste restante consignments are not possible.


Shipping up to 31 kg are packing free.

For shipping weight more than 31 kg, we also charge a packing flat rate for each completed order process or, alternatively, a deposit box / pallet deposit³ per packaging or per pallet.

Shipping to Great Britain:

With effect from Jan. 01, 2021, Great Britain is no longer part of the EU internal market. Due to the additional work involved in processing the shipment, including the necessary customs processes, the prices and requirements for shipping to Great Britain have changed. The new prices for the international package to Great Britain (excluding the Channel Islands) correspond to the prices for Zone 2 (analogous to Switzerland) and the requirements for deliveries outside the EU.

All shipments to Great Britain are accompanied by the necessary customs content documents. Due to the general changes for exports to Great Britain, there may be deviations from the usual delivery times, especially due to delays in customs clearance.

* Unless otherwise stated in the individual price information, the prices marked with an asterisk are exempt from sales tax for our logistics partners in accordance with the UStG.

** No customs documents are required for shipping to the countries of the European Union (EU / Zone1).

*** For shipping to countries outside the European Union (Zone2 - Zone4) and value of goods about EUR 1000 are required customs documents for export. This service is charged an additional EUR 74.00 for each completed order process.

For value of goods about EUR 3000 are required customs documents for export and, if necessary, the presentation of the goods at the custom office of export is required. This service is charged an additional EUR 74.00 for each completed order process and an additional EUR 25.00 for each half hour to presented the goods at the customs office of export.

² Cash on delivery are only possible nationally and to Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Campione d’Italia, Livigno and San Marino up to a maximum of 100 kg. Please note that this shipping method is associated with additional costs. If you choose this type of dispatch, we will charge you a surcharge of EUR 6.90 for national dispatch or EUR 7.50 to the aforementioned EU / Zone 1 or Zone 2 countries for each completed order process. The order value and the shipping weight are limited with this type of shipping and vary depending on the country of destination. The payment to the carrier is only made in cash.

³ You have the option of using the packaging or pallet deposit from 31 kg instead of the additional packaging fee charged from 31 kg. For this we charge a flat-rate deposit of EUR 25, if you do not return the same packaging / pallet / deposit box to us at the time of purchase.

If you return a deposit packaging / pallet / deposit box with presentation of the purchase receipt for the goods from us, you will be reimbursed the packaging / pallet deposit you have paid. You can hand in the returnable packaging / pallets in our branch at any time during our business hours or, if you are responsible for the shipping costs, send them to us. Please note that we will not assume the cost of return shipments of deposit packaging and pallets that are not prepaid. You will be billed for the cost of returning packaging or pallets that are not free of charge.

Bahrain, Qatar, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapure, South Afrika, United Arab Emirates.

Zone5:
Germany (Shipping National).
